Measure your wrist with a measuring band just below the little bump/bone. Now you have a look in the guideline chart below here you can see the inner circumference of each size. Now you can choose the size that fits your preferences, do you want a tight or a loose fit?

You can also ask your retailer to try on the sizing kit they have in the store.
